General Contracting

General Contracting covers a wide range of industries with projects varying from small maintenance jobs to large capital projects.

Maintenance work will often be done on a reactive basis and require the input of Labour, Plant, Inventory and Purchased Items with Billing on a Time & Materials basis. Capital projects are usually undertaken on a quoted basis, are more complex and often involve the use of Sub Contractors.
